As a licensed Reseller, RBC India is responsible for accepting orders, collecting payments, and fulfilling the placed orders

Order Fulfillment
If you choose not to opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) and make a payment on the RBC India website for your order, we will promptly initiate the order processing upon receiving the payment. If any issues arise that could potentially cause a delay in order fulfillment, RBC India will notify you accordingly. Once the issues are resolved, the order will proceed for processing.

We strive to facilitate the delivery of the ordered goods within 3-12 working days, especially in cities well-connected or serviced by reliable couriers such as Blue Dart, Speed Post, etc. This timeline is based on natural circumstances and is subject to the availability of stock. For delivery locations that are remote or poorly connected through couriers, the delivery time may be extended

Payment
You have the option to make payments for your order using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking Facility on the RBC India website. By using these payment methods, you acknowledge and affirm that the Credit Card used belongs to you, and you will not use forged information to pay for the Product(s) or Services.

RBC India ensures that reasonable measures are taken to maintain the security of the shared details. These details will not be disclosed externally unless required by government regulations or for fraud verification purposes.

Payment Platform
All online transactions will be channeled through one of our payment associates. Upon successful transaction, the payment associate will collect and transmit the fund to us. We, on receiving the payment, will initiate order processing.
 

Cancellations
RBC India reserves the right to allow cancellations discretionary upon payment of cancellation charges of 5% of the order value. All refunds against order cancellations after adjusting the cancellation charges will be routed through the original payment process.

RBC India will communicate regarding your order through email and telephone. Kindly provide a valid email address and telephone/mobile number during registration. RBC India may contact you to share updates on new offerings, and if you prefer not to be contacted, please opt out on the website. By visiting the site or sending emails to RBC India, you agree to electronic communication. RBC India may respond via email or by posting notices on the site, and you acknowledge that such electronic communications fulfill any statutory requirement for written communication.

 Limitation of Liability

The liability of RBC India limits only to the amount paid by the customers against their purchase of products and or services.

Administrative Laws & Sovereignty

The affairs on this website shall be ruled, inferred, elucidated, and imposed as per the Laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to settlement in the court of Siliguri.

Shipping/Delivery Area

RBC India provides FREE shipping /delivery to your beneficiary address, we request you to place your valued order and enjoy the FREE shipping/delivery offer. Your order will be delivered as per the stipulated delivery time (please refer to Payment and Returns Policies). We believe in providing our dear customers with the best service and hence do not charge for delivery, however, we reserve the right to change/discontinue the FREE Shipping/Delivery at any time.

Cancellation of Shipment

After order confirmation and payment completion, RBC India will endeavor to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address. RBC India will not allow for Cancellation of Shipment for any reason and request our dear customers accordingly to confirm the purchase first and then book with www.rbcindia.in

Return & Refund Policy

• Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for replacement/refunds.
• Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
• RBC India  retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification RBC India will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
•             In case the product is defective or damaged then the product will be replaced and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
• No refund or return request would be entertained related to scratches or damages on packaging carton/Cover. For minor scratches arising out of transit and shipment, the return or refund request are subject to consideration and sole discretion of RBC India. .
•             Refund for online payment would be made after deducting transaction charges as applicable and levied by different payment gateways.
•             For any damaged Item if found on received, any refund replacement request has to be filed within 12 hours of successful receipt.
•             Once Item has been delivered and it is opened by you/ or installed at your premises, no REFUND/RETURN request would be entertained. RBC India shall hold no responsibility on units beyond Delivery.
•             For any reason, other than a damage in Item, if you do not receive the shipment, you would have to bear the cost of shipment/ any other logistic fees arising thereof.
•             In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order.
•             Customers will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
•             If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.[ Refund should get processed within 3-7 working days of request initiation ]. Products & warranty by 3rd Party Vendors. Brands, Logos, Creative’s, Trademarks, and Copyrights are owned by their respective owners.
• RBC India disclaims liability for violation of any 3rd party rights. Refunds will be processed via the channel used to make payment and in case of FULL refund 3.5% will be deducted towards payment gateway charges.
